Refunds & Policies for Custom Pet Products
At Keep It Pet, we specialize in creating custom products like Pet Portraits, Mugs, and Accessories. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. Each piece is crafted with care and uniquely tailored to you and your pet. If you’re not satisfied with your final product, please reach out to us. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring you love your custom masterpiece.
Replacements for Errors or Damages
If you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your item arrives damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you recently placed an order and need to cancel or make changes, you have 30 minutes to do so after the order is placed. Beyond that timeframe, cancellations and changes will be handled at our discretion. This policy exists because our artists begin work on your custom product shortly after the order is received.
Photo Submission Guidelines
We use the photo you upload during the order process to create your artwork. If the photo does not meet our quality guidelines, we cannot guarantee the final product will meet your expectations. It is your responsibility to provide a high-quality image. Blurry or low-resolution images will lead to less-than-perfect results. Please review our photography tips to ensure your photo is suitable. While we allow for notes with special requests, we cannot guarantee changes such as altering expressions or significant photo edits. However, minor adjustments like removing red-eye or editing eye color may be possible. All product examples shown on our site are created from high-quality, high-resolution photos. To achieve similar results, please follow our submission guidelines.
Sales, Promo Code Coupons, and General Store Policies
Promo Codes Only one promo code may be used per order. Promo codes cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after promo codes are applied. Promo codes and their terms are subject to change without notice. Make sure to enter your promo code at checkout. Retroactive discounts cannot be applied once an order is completed.
